of Electrical tester with light and acoustic signal

You can obtain information here.

Area of technics

Technical solution is in using connection for subvoltage state check at heavy-current electrical appliance systems.

Existing state of technics

Two fundamental type of testers exist for finding subvoltage state at electrical appliances. As the first type the ordinary glowlamp as an indicator is used. As the second type the tester is equipped with light and acoustic signal, and with additional supply. Disadvantage of the first solution is in light signal of tester is hardly identified at heavy lighting conditions. Disadvantage of the second solution is that it needs to check the state of additional supply like batteries or secondary cell accumulator.

Basis of technical solution

Electrical tester with light and acoustic signal removes above mentioned shortages. Basic solution is in combination of tester glowlamp with sensitive source of an acoustic signal (with semiconductor) and a piezocrystal. Advantage of connection is in lowering faults to minimal at work. This type of electrical tester with light and acoustic signal owns definite work-safety aspects.
The biggest advantage of the electrical tester with light and acoustic signal is in no needs t look after any additional supply. The operating life of electrical tester with light and acoustic signal in its original state is unlimited.

Example of Connection

The connection is represented on the figure that consists of resister R, glowlamp D, semiconductor amplifier Z and piezocrystal P.
The current going through resistor R, glowlamp D gets to alternating amplifier Z, where it is amplified to necessary level and in a state of acoustic signal it appears on signalling member of piezocrystal P.

Industrial utilizing

Connection of electrical tester with light signal can be used at heavy-current electrotechnic for checking subvoltage state of different electronic equipments.
